A fault code is just the beginning. With the QNTUM21 Fault Memory & Service module, you can read your vehicle's supported control units, analyze stored faults with AI support, and perform available service resets directly via the app.
Manufacturer-specific. Down to the detail.
QNTUM21 relies on manufacturer-specific diagnostics that go beyond merely displaying generic OBD fault codes. You receive the fault information and additional data provided by the respective control unit – for a more precise understanding of stored events.
Freeze-frame data shows the operating conditions under which a fault occurred. Depending on the control unit, this may include engine speed, temperatures, or voltage values, for example. This allows you to view not just the fault, but its context as well.
Data turned into understanding.
AI-supported evaluation helps you categorize fault descriptions and available additional information. It assists you in identifying potential connections and preparing for further troubleshooting in a targeted manner.
The analysis is based on the actual available vehicle data. It is a diagnostic aid and does not replace measurements, component testing, or professional inspection of the vehicle.

Read the fault memory of all control units supported for your vehicle.
View fault details and available freeze-frame data.
Evaluate fault data with AI support and categorize it in an understandable way.
Clear fault memory, provided the respective control unit supports this function.
Important: Clearing a fault does not fix its underlying cause. Existing malfunctions may be stored again. Save relevant diagnostic information before clearing.

After performing maintenance, you can reset the supported service and inspection indicators – for example, CBS service items for BMW.
Which resets are available depends on your vehicle and its equipment. A reset does not document actual maintenance performed and should only be carried out after the corresponding work is finished.
One module. Your vehicle.
The module applies to one vehicle with one VIN. The available range of functions depends on the supported control units, their software status, and the diagnostic data provided. You need a supported adapter for the connection.
First, select your vehicle. Then, open the corresponding offer in the vehicle finder to view the product details and add the item to your shopping cart with your vehicle assignment. Final activation of functions takes place after control unit identification.
